Exercise:Empathy Reflection Journal (End of Day)

  • At the end of each day, reflect on at least one interaction where you had to understand someone’s emotions.
  • Write down:
    • What was said?
    • What emotions did you perceive?
    • How did you respond?
    • How could you have improved your response?
