Tiffany is a certified mindfulness teacher, evolutionary biologist, and cognitive resilience expert devoted to the wellness and longevity of public safety professionals. She designs and delivers science-backed, heart-centered training to help law enforcement, corrections, dispatch, and other high-stress professionals reduce burnout, regulate stress, and reconnect with meaning—on and off duty.
Blending neuroscience, mindfulness, and lived experience, Tiffany’s approach is practical, trauma-informed, and deeply human. Her programs, featured through the National Command and Staff College, equip professionals with tools to shift from reactivity to response, build emotional and mental resilience, and cultivate a more peaceful home life and longer, healthier career.
Outside the classroom, Tiffany is a mother, retreat guide, and joyful seeker of connection. Whether she’s riding her motorcycle, cooking plant-based meals, or dancing under open skies, her life and work are rooted in one truth: real strength begins with presence.
“Freedom is the ability to fall in love with yourself and your life in all seasons: through joy, through struggle, through success, and through collapse. It is the deep, UNSHAKEABLE trust in your ability to hold yourself, to live without the fear that you need to be something different, to transcend your flaws, or to control the uncontrollable.”
Don’t just go home safe.
Go home proud.
